We are not a counselling or therapeutic service. The Foundation does not provide medical, mental health, or crisis support.
However, we aim to:
- Communicate with sensitivity and respect
- Avoid causing harm through content or messaging
- Treat all individuals with dignity
- Take concerns about inappropriate conduct seriously
4. Online Safety
We are committed to maintaining a safe online environment. We will:
- Moderate communications where necessary
- Not tolerate abusive, harmful or inappropriate behaviour
- Remove content that may cause distress or harm

6. Boundaries
The Foundation does not:
- Provide crisis intervention
- Offer therapy or mental health services
- Supervise minors
Individuals seeking professional support should contact qualified health or support services.
