Miles Kent Forever Foundation recognises that individuals engaging with the Foundation may be experiencing grief, emotional distress, or vulnerability.

We are committed to ensuring that all interactions associated with the Foundation are conducted respectfully, safely, and responsibly.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Trustees and representatives of the Foundation
  • Volunteers
  • Anyone acting on behalf of the Foundation
  • Online communications and website interactions

3. Our Approach

We are not a counselling or therapeutic service. The Foundation does not provide medical, mental health, or crisis support.

However, we aim to:

  • Communicate with sensitivity and respect
  • Avoid causing harm through content or messaging
  • Treat all individuals with dignity
  • Take concerns about inappropriate conduct seriously

4. Online Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe online environment. We will:

  • Moderate communications where necessary
  • Not tolerate abusive, harmful or inappropriate behaviour
  • Remove content that may cause distress or harm

All concerns will be treated seriously and handled confidentially where possible.

If you believe someone is at immediate risk of harm, you should contact the appropriate emergency services or relevant authorities.

6. Boundaries

The Foundation does not:

  • Provide crisis intervention
  • Offer therapy or mental health services
  • Supervise minors

Individuals seeking professional support should contact qualified health or support services.

7. Review of Policy

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains appropriate to the Foundation’s activities.
